The AdBlue system is a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system which is used to reduce nitrogen dioxide (NOx) emissions in the exhaust gases of certain diesel vehicles. It can be used on a variety of vehicles, including construction machinery. It is possible that some construction machines are equipped with an AdBlue system, but it depends on the model and the manufacturer. If you would like to know whether a particular construction machine is equipped with an AdBlue system, you should consult us directly.

Our experience has led us to solve problems on handling equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, container cranes and everything related to lifting equipment.
We can intervene on almost all existing brands to solve adblue and emission problems.
It is possible to deactivate the AdBlue system of a vehicle for several reasons (breakdown, travel outside the Euro zone, border work, etc.). The deletion is mainly done by programming the vehicle’s computer. You can send us the ECU directly for certain vehicles.
Currently all our operations are undetectable to the technical control. The programming being internal to the engine computer in most cases or the boxes if necessary being concealed, it remains invisible and no fault is present on the dashboard or in the case. The technical control will therefore not indicate a fault in the anti-pollution system.
It is simply a matter of intervening in the memory of the engine computer in order to modify the management parameters of the AdBlue system and very often directly deactivate it permanently or not.
An Adblue suppression box is a box that virtualizes your vehicle’s AdBlue system. When we cannot intervene by programming, we install a box that we program in advance before installing it. It emulates the various operating parameters of the system (Quantity of AdBlue, Quality, Temperature, etc.) It operates on your vehicle’s CAN BUS network.
