Our state-of-the-art tools allow us to access almost all of the modules present in the vehicle for fault reading. From there, and after having identified the type of engine ECU installed on the vehicle, we proceed to the hard reading of the system memory of this one. Our work consists in directly modifying the coding of the internal parameters of this ECU to precisely inhibit different functions, delete fault codes permanently, etc… It is also necessary as much as possible to reset the levels, and re-adapt certain sensors or elements of the vehicle. (eg FAP/EGR…) Once our operation is finished, we carry out the post reprogram check, and we ensure that no more faults are visible and memorized in the case as well as on the dashboard. We also check that the power of the vehicle is again present and available at 100%. The adblue Manitou removal takes place over a period of 2 to 4 hours depending on the model.
