Remove Adblue Massey Ferguson

Troubleshooting SCR FAP DOC EGR

Supported engines
Massey Ferguson equips almost all of its agricultural machinery with Agco Power, Mitsubishi and Simpson engines for the little ones. These are mostly equipped with 3 elements which are: Adblue, DPF and EGR valve. Unfortunately it happens that these elements cause failures and cause a restriction of torque and power of the vehicle preventing it from working properly, even rendering it unusable. We explain how we interact with the on-board system and engine management computer. The main drivers are:

Mitsubishi K38 Engine – EDC17CV54 – 2.2L – FAP/DOC/POWER
Mitsubishi K39 Engine – EDC17CV54 – 2.2L – FAP/DOC/POWER
Simpson 3Cyl Engine – EDC17C55 – 2.6L – EGR/DOC/POWER
Agco Power engine – All models – EGR/DOC/FAP/SCR/POWER (33 AWI to 98 AWI) must be fitted with Bosch EDC17CVxx or MD1xxx boxes.

Remove Adblue Massey Ferguson: SCR System

Our reprogramming operation to Remove Adblue Massey Ferguson allows you to use your vehicle permanently without DEF liquid (Adblue). The system is definitively condemned, and the consumption is therefore nil. Be aware that when your Massey Ferguson tractor or machine encounters an AdBlue problem, the engine is restricted, called Degraded mode or Limp mode. This mode considerably reduces the vehicle’s power and torque until it becomes unusable. Our intervention also consists in inhibiting this mode in order to have no more faults on the dashboard and therefore to be able to work without fear.

Non-existent adblue consumption
Sensors can be disconnected if needed
Complete and invisible programming
Deactivation of Limp Mode (degraded mode).

Remove FAP or DOC on Massey Ferguson

The FAP or DOC (Diesel Oxyde Catalyst) anti-pollution device avoids the constant regeneration of the vehicle. Since this regeneration to self-clean the filter works by injecting diesel through an additional injector, you also see the fuel consumption drop. In addition, setting the machine to degraded mode when the particulate filter is saturated with soot is restrictive. (Sometimes it is impossible even to start because of an overpressure of the exhaust gases which go up in the admission and can break the turbo). With our solution (outside Europe legally) if you want to export your vehicle or work abroad, you no longer have to worry about a possible clogging of the DPF. Regenerations will be permanently disabled.

More regeneration of the particulate filter
The particle filter cartridge or the FAP itself must be emptied to evacuate the gases and improve engine performance.
No more faults present on the dashboard
No more sound alert
Deactivation of Limp mode (degraded mode with reduced engine torque).

Bypass the EGR valve on Massey Ferguson

For Massey Ferguson vehicles fitted with an EGR valve. Its role is to return part of the exhaust gases to the engine intake circuit. The result is that unburned gases and soot and soot, or scale, will form and thus foul the EGR valve over time. Deactivating and closing it also allows the vehicle to be restricted. Remove the EGR valve on Massey Ferguson to avoid:

A loss of power.
Black smoke.
A light on the dashboard.
Soot on the EGR valve.
A technical inspection refused

Summary of the vehicles supported by our intervention

All engines with at least one SCR system managed by a Bosch EDC17 or MD1 type engine ECU
All vehicles equipped with EGR valve FAP and SCR (Adblue)
All EMR4 ECUs
All Agco Power engines meeting Tier 4F / Stage V standards
If you have another engine, please contact us.
