Volvo Penta engine AdBlue Ecolog fault – ACM Power fault
The various Ecolog machines and in particular those distributed after 2019 are made up of Volvo Penta engines coupled to Continental ACM2.1 exhaust gas management boxes. When a fault in the Adblue system is detected by the ACM, it sends a CAN message to the engine computer (EMS 2.3/2.4) which restricts the power and torque of the machine. Machines under the Tier 4F / Stage V emissions standard are the most affected. We have reliable and easy-to-implement solutions to help you out. Most of these are D8J engines.

Substitute ACM2.1: Immediate Troubleshooting
Specially adapted for known AdBlue problems on Volvo Penta engines and in particular on Ecolog harvesters and forwarders, our unit replaces the original ACM Continental computer. The solution is simple, you just have to disconnect the ACM connector and connect our box to it instead.
