EMS intervention method via internal software
We have the latest software in terms of diagnostics on trucks and particularly for Scania trucks for which we have the Dealership software in developer mode, ie with higher authorizations than those administered to your Scania garage.
We save the complete vehicle configuration via SOPS files. We read the faults present in the vehicle with their manufacturer identification code. With another type of software we directly read the data from the engine program in order to have a complete map so we can locate the addresses of the faults. This may seem a bit Chinese to you, but in a few words we can enter all the boxes of the vehicle and code the parameters 1 to 1.
