Adblue FAP EGR removal Renault C430

Preparing the vehicle for export to Africa
The Adblue FAP EGR Renault C430 Euro 6 can be removed, especially when you want to export your vehicle to a country not subject to the Euro 6 standard. In some African countries the Euro 3 standard is still in force, i.e. the trucks have no particulate filter, no EGR valve and no adblue system. Adblue is almost impossible to find in certain regions and if you do not want to break down, it is highly recommended to remove everything.

What is deleting everything?
Removing all pollution control devices from a Renault C430 (or any other Renault Euro 6) is possible! The operation consists of completely reprogramming the vehicle. The EMS engine computer and the ACM (gas post-treatment module) communicate with each other via the vehicle’s CANbus network. We therefore read the memories of the two boxes and deactivate the regeneration of the particle filter, the opening and closing of the EGR valve and also the injection of urea (AdBlue).

Physically block the pollution control components on your C430 DTi 11

After electronically deleting the exhaust gas post-treatment management data, it is advisable and even compulsory to physically remove the particle filter cartridge (DPF). Indeed, as the regenerations are suppressed, it could become clogged, clog over time which would prevent the exhaust gases from evacuating in the long term and even go up in the intake creating an overpressure. This overpressure could damage the turbo, for example, it is for this reason that we advise you to empty the DPF or remove its cartridge.
