Remove adblue on John Deere 1510G carrier + Power

How to remove adblue on John Deere 1510G carrier?

At John Deere, phoenix engines are mainly controlled by L33 and L34 engine ECUs (for models from 2014 to today). The engine computer therefore manages the injection and engine operating parameters as well as the anti-pollution system (FAP/EGR/SCR, etc.). The aim of reprogramming this computer will be to improve the performance of the vehicle but also to eliminate adblue faults.

Power improvement on John Deere 1510G

The John Deere 6068HTJ18 (6.8L) engine develops 220hp and 978Nm of torque from 1300 to 1500 rpm. The reprogramming of the injection parameters will therefore make it possible to improve these data by 15% on average, i.e. a power which will drop from 220hp to approx. 250hp and the engine torque improved from 978Nm to 1100Nm.

Remove adblue on John Deere 1510G carrier

In order to avoid getting stuck in the woods due to emissions problems and in particular following the restriction of torque and engine power during an SCR (Adblue) fault, we have deactivated the implementation of data internal to the computer. The power restriction setting will no longer be effective, and the faults as well as the consumption of adblue will be zero.

Legislation and adblue

It is not in itself legal to remove an emission control device on John Deere. Even if this is not detectable, the service is reserved for export or under your own responsibility. You can program our adblue parameters if you have a contract abroad, for example. Our services are reliable and tested multiple times.

Our interventions on John Deere

We travel throughout France to intervene on problems relating to adblue malfunction. You can find on our special John Deere page even more information but also all our John Deere interventions already carried out.
