How to remove adblue on Komatsu 931XC harvester?
Do you want to counter adblue problems on your Komatsu Forest 931XC harvester? This is what we achieved on this machine. After programming, you can disconnect the sensors
After removing the adblue on a Komatsu 931XC harvester, you can disconnect all the sensors related to the SCR system, i.e. the NOx sensors, the exhaust gas temperature sensors but also the EGR valve. No fault will be present on the dashboard. The LIMP (power restriction) modes concerning emissions are also deactivated, your machine can no longer run out of adblue. After reprogramming, the adblue level is emulated to also display 100%.

The engine computer fitted to this harvester is of the Bosch EDC17CV41 type. It checks engine information as well as emissions. Reprogramming this computer allows complete emulation of the Adblue system and therefore it will prevent you from breaking down in the middle of the forest. Programming is carried out directly on the ECU by the Bench method, without opening it. It can also remain mounted on the machine for us to operate.
